You will make discoveries and better understand two important soliloquies by closely attending to and interacting with the text. We will delve into the minds of Macbeth and Hamlet, trace the length of their thoughts, track the regularity (or irregularity) of their heartbeats, and explore their resolve for slaughter/self-slaughter. This class uses choral reading and physicalization to explore the mindset of the characters.
