Office 365 for Officers

Microsoft Office 365 (O365) is the official method of electronic communication in the Kingdom of An Tir. This provides continuity for each office as the Officers behind those offices change and allows for efficient dissemination of information throughout our Kingdom. All Kingdom and branch officers have an email address for their office and are expected to check their email regularly and to use it for office-related communication.
Lady Alicia du Bois will lead a demonstration of how to log into Office 365, access and set up features such as email and OneDrive -- our official document repository. She will also talk about account usage best practices and officer transitions.
Magistra Julia will discuss how Kingdom and Branch Officers can leverage tools that are available within Office 365 to help your Office and/or Branch run smoothly!
Student Requirements: Students are welcome to bring their laptops and/or mobile devices but there will not be time during class to troubleshoot issues. There will be an IT Helpdesk session directly following this class where issues may be addressed.
