With a new world to navigate, and new ways of interacting with the SCA, it becomes more difficult to draw in newcomers - the lifeblood of our society. Join the current Kingdom Chatelaine, Isabella da Firenze, to learn and talk about different ideas and techniques for how to find, recruit, engage, and retain newcomers in all areas of the SCA. Feel free to bring your own ideas and suggestions as there will be time for open discussion.

Lady Isabella da Firenze is the current Kingdom Chatelaine and hails from the Barony of Seagirt in An Tir. While still relatively new herself, she has done what many have done before and jumped in with both feet, giving her the ability to view both sides when it comes to recruiting and retaining newcomers.
