Experimental cooking – mini play date

Join Eduardo for hands on attempts of Egg cooking techniques addressed in his Saturday class. Feel free to bring your own pipkins and/or braziers to experiment with other cooking techniques and ingredients. For example, Eleanor will have a selection of medieval veggies to play with, and Berra will have examples of her research in Goa cooking.
