Building Your Event Team

Building A Successful Team Within The SCA-- In this class we'll take a high-level look at my approach to a Team Building construct that has demonstrated its worth through the undertaking of a number of large scale projects (such as Crown and Kingdom events) as well as smaller projects, such as singular branch offices and activities, one-time Projects (such as largesse creation, regalia creation, fund-raising activities toward a specific purpose, etc). This lecture discussion is open for anyone wishing to come listen, take notes, and ask questions.

Student Requirements: Students are encouraged to bring note taking implements. A resource handout will be available until copies are gone.
